What does a workflow automation consultant do?

A workflow automation consultant finds the repetitive admin that's slowing your business down, then designs, builds and maintains the systems that do it for you. In practice, that means four things:

  1. Map how work actually flows - lead → quote → job → invoice → follow-up, warts and all.
  2. Decide what to automate first - and just as importantly, what to leave alone.
