Fair use. Each plan includes a monthly call allowance. If you go over, extra calls are billed at the per-call rate for your tier. Bespoke is for consistently high volumes above Tier 2, sorted out in a quick conversation.

Third-party costs. Your plan covers the receptionist service. A few third-party costs, such as the phone number and call minutes, are passed through transparently, so there are no surprises on your bill.

Privacy and trust

How we handle caller data is a deliberate part of the service:

  • No call recordings by default
  • Written transcripts kept for 14 days, then deleted
  • Briefs deleted after 12 months
  • A spoken AI disclosure on every call
  • A signed Privacy Configuration Statement for each deployment
