Who coordinates the go-live, and where caller message briefs will land.

Used to schedule test calls and coordinate agreement sign-off.

Every completed call brief lands here in seconds, categorised with caller name, confirmed callback number, and message.

3. Voice & Receptionist Behaviour

Guide how your AI receptionist answers callers, speaks your name, and triages enquiries.

Note: The receptionist identifies itself as an AI taking written notes once at the start of every call.

5. Plan Selection & Setup Fee
